Within the Project Management department, you will be in charge of several projects from the call for tender to the production of the events.

You will be involved in all stages of a project: briefing, global reflection, drafting recommendations in French or English, budget management, monitoring of project production and post-production in conjunction with the Production and Logistics Department.

You are, in tandem with the Sales Management, the privileged contact for the Client with whom you have an advisory role.

You will be responsible for managing the different areas of expertise within the WMH Project group (creation, strategic planning, digital, technical and space planning, logistical production) and the different external players (service providers). You will manage projects in different formats: face-to-face, hybrid and 100% digital.

Travelling in France and abroad

Within WMH project, you will be part of an international PR team. As a reference point in France, you will be a pioneer in the deployment of a new skill within the group's Parisian teams with the support of the expert teams in Brussels.

You will be responsible for supporting clients on a daily basis to advise them on all their communication issues. Your knowledge of the world of the press and the constant monitoring that you will carry out will enable you to set up and formalize effective communication strategies, adapted to the identified recipients.

You will bring communication strategies to life by producing articles, press releases and press kits. You will conduct press lobby campaigns and coach clients (public speaking, etc.).
